N. Naicker & Associates Inc. was founded by
Noallan Naicker, CPA, CGA, in January of 2008. Noallan prides himself on understanding the individual needs of his clients and delivering
professional financial services based on those needs. Services are provided with the utmost integrity, courage and candour, and are in compliance with the accounting professional standards set forth by the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of British Columbia.
Noallan’s professional experience dates back to the nineties, working for mid-size private companies and large international corporations where he gained valuable knowledge and experience and built his business “pillars.” His straight-up, common sense attitude has given him strength and the ability to learn through the most complex situations. Noallan does not take anything at face value – even if all seems to be running smoothly. He knows there is almost always a better way.
Noallan completed his studies at BCIT with a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting before completing his CGA designation by the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia (now Chartered Professional Accountants Association of British Columbia). Noallan’s experience goes back more than 20 years. Working in the industry and public practice has given him the business sense, knowledge and experience to seamlessly tackle the range of simple to complex business issues that most
small business owners are faced with today. He believes that accounting and tax should be uncomplicated: simply understand the client’s needs and match them with the best possible solution. With a proactive approach, better decisions can be made, and the best results can be achieved for his clients.
At Naicker & Associates, we lower stress for business owners by handing the tax planning,
corporate reporting (tax filing, GST filing, payroll, T4s, WCB) and financial statements. For individuals, we don’t just prepare tax returns; we offer advice and planning, plus help in other areas of financial matters such as retirement planning, education and career planning, debt counseling,
small business planning and sometimes personal matters. We also help with filing supplements for benefits, preparing estate returns, date of death returns, review notices from CRA, and even help you deal with CRA on reassessments issues. Individuals often don’t understand why a reassessment is issued by CRA, and they go ahead and pay the bill – even when it isn’t owed.
